Well today was rough– oy ! Did not go for my run, ate shit.

I was having an anxiety attack all morning cause of exams.

Excuses, excuses. I know 😦

      We all have days when we overdo it; having pizza and pie for lunch doesn’t mean you’ve blown your entire diet. Get back on track, cut back what you eat, try half meals for the next 2 days.
