Dinah time !

So work went well ! Dinner was lamb ribs and rice pilaf ! With maybe 2 or 3 fork fulls of mashed potato lol. Then I had weight watchers ice cream pops.. 100 calories each. I don’t know too well the calorie count for dinner 😦

So this is the app I spoke about before. I don’t know how accurate the exercise count but everything else should be valid. Cool app 🙂

Anyway successful day 2 I must say 😉

        Ive been using My Fitness Pal for tracking my food and work outs

        Just downloaded thanks.
        I think that My fitness pal does, it has a barcode scanner in which you can just scan whatever you eat.
